- Install @vercel/kv package for Vercel's key-value storage
- Update storage abstraction layer to auto-detect storage type based on environment
- Add comprehensive tests for both local and KV implementations
- Storage automatically uses local JSON files in development and KV in production
- All 52 tests passing with full coverage
