    * support projection in index specifications via 'project' option.
    * if an index projects all attributes, then models are constructed
      directly from the index without fetching from the table
    * allow partial models to be constructed for query responses, via an
      onlyProjected option to queryOne and queryMany
    * to make partial query responses useful, the type field is no longer
      automatically required in schemas
    * NonKeyAttributes are now compared when considering index equality,
      and it is permitted to provide two identical specifications for the
      same index
