Refactor async subscriptions to use broadcast channels (#279)

- Replace MPSC channels with broadcast channels for all subscriptions
- Add BROADCAST_CHANNEL_CAPACITY constant (1024) for consistent sizing
- Enable subscription cloning via Clone trait implementation
- Remove relay tasks for shared subscriptions (direct broadcast)
- Update test stubs to use broadcast channels
- Add example demonstrating subscription cloning
