Create new getOrThrow method on base Collection class (#2411)

This PR adds a new `getOrThrow` method to the Collection class for entry retrieval, improving type safety and error handling. This was implemented for Drawer, Modal and Popover components removing the need for individual helper functions.

**Additional changes** 

- Updated handlers and entry lookup to throw an error if an entry is not found, rather than returning undefined.
- Fixed type errors related to DOM element casting and function return types for better TypeScript compliance.
