* fix: prevent invalid date range when timerange not set (upon first time the sensor page is loaded with an empty session) and avoid a duplicate query (also only happens the first time)

* fix: move definition of initialData Promise to guarantee that the date range is known (otherwise you see start=None, end=None in the server logs, which only happened the first time a chart is loaded with a fresh session)
