Fixes a bug when under heavy load and and adds batching and truncating features  (#43)

* Fix bug that caused 'InvalidSequenceTokenException' when the timer would call the upload method before the last batch was done sending.
Truncate messages that are too big and report them to the error handler.
Ensure the batch is never too big to be accepted by AWS.

* Add unit tests for new features/big fixes.

* Make tests node 0.10.x compatible.
