* fix: migrate interface client operations from NetworkClientFactory to ComputeClientFactory

Consolidate network interface operations under ComputeClientFactory
instead of
NetworkClientFactory to improve code organization and client factory
consistency.

- Update production code to use
ComputeClientFactory.GetInterfaceClient()
- Migrate all unit tests to use correct client factory mocks
- Add comprehensive refactoring validation tests to prevent regressions
