Add ContextManager as OpenTelemetry ContextStorageWrapper. (#606)

* Add ContextManager as OpenTelemetry ContextStorageWrapper.

This enables context propagation in both ways:
- By ContextSnapshot.capture()
- By (otel) Context.current()

Both methods propagate all managed contexts, including the otel context.
