Update Python version requirements to support up to 3.14

- Adjust `requires-python` in `pyproject.toml` to allow Python versions >=3.10,<3.14
- Update `python-versions` in `poetry.lock` to reflect the new upper limit
- Add markers for `coveralls` and other dependencies to specify compatibility with Python versions <3.13
