Ical.Net 5 no longer calculates the end time of an event when you supply the start and duration, so we can't rely on that when we convert the event to a Google Calendar event that requires an end time instead of a duration. Instead, manually calculate the end time for GCal based on the Ical.Net event's start time and duration.
