- dev_config_case
- dev_run
- dev_start
- dev_start_available
- Tests for these and rnafusion commands

### Changed

- Remove special exception of `AnalysisRunningError` in AnalysisStarter `start_available`
- Parametrised AnalysisStarter tests on workflow (second parameterisation)
