Support JWT authentication (#73)

* Test JWT on the lookup endpoint

* Extract claim from JWT when available, use datastore as fallback.

* Add security definition to the right endpoints.

* Update register command to request JWT

* Update comment

* Restore legacy API key as alternative security definition

* Change legacy_api_key var name to "key"

* Add new endpoint to support JWT authentication and update client

* Update prometheus label

* Update openapi.yaml
