Replaced GdqPerson with its subclass Runner, which is always applicable and is more useful with its extra properties. Extracted JSON options to public static class for easy reuse. Deserialize pages of HTTP responses like runs using object mapping instead of JsonObject in-memory DOM manipulation which was more repetitive and less type-safe. Fix mocked UnfuckedHttpHandler not using JSON options by upgrading to a newer version of Unfucked.HTTP that has a no-arg constructor overload for UnfuckedHttpHandler.
