fix: add awkward custom compiler path support for local example

- Added _setCustomCompilerPath method to ForstSidecar (intentionally awkward)
- Added _customSidecar option to TestRunnerConfig (intentionally awkward)
- Updated local example to use local development binary via awkward path
- Added warning messages to discourage normal usage
- Fixed the issue where downloaded binary doesn't have 'dev' command
- Local example now works with development binary that has 'dev' command

The implementation is intentionally cumbersome to discourage normal usage.
