refactor: ♻️ 統一元件 export/import 風格、優化字幕區對比、補充 meta 與 robots.txt

- 統一 TranscriptContainer、VideoPlayerContainer 及其測試 import/export 方式
- 修正字幕區 highlight 文字與背景對比，提升無障礙與 Lighthouse 分數
- 新增 meta description 與 robots.txt，改善 SEO 與 Lighthouse 報告
- 移除 lazy loading，簡化 App 結構
- 其他細部調整與結構優化
