Simplify API by embedding reusable Poolable fields

Reduces the boilerplate required to use GenPool.

Previously, users had to manually implement the Poolable interface for every type they wanted to pool. Now, we provide a reusable struct (PoolFields) that implements the interface, and users can simply embed it into their own types.

This preserves the intrusive design while making the API easier to adopt.
