Compimlation failing on Elixir 1.18 (#34)

Small refactoring how the colors are stored that avoid the issue of failing the compilation on 1.18.
Also fixed some warnings that are emitted by the new compiler
Now also enabling Elixir 1.18 in the testing matrix
