Move parser module to parsemd (#141)

* Updates a few strings in main.go to make them more generic

"markdown" -> "documentation" or "plain text"

* Moves parser module to parser/parsemd

This prepares the codebase to receive a new parser (ie parseorg) by removing
the assumption that "parser" means "Markdown parser."
