feat(binding): Add detection for composite bindings (parts) in code (#762)

This feature implements the already existing detection of "parts" also
within code (JavaScript and TypeScript files).
So far, the detection was only implemented for XML files or when strings
were used in the code (See https://github.com/UI5/linter/pull/541).
