* fix: python 3.13 support + django version tests + parallel test runs

- python 3.13 allowed
- test with django versions 4.2 -> 5.2
- parallel test runs to speed up the test cases a bit
- updated deps

* style: format code with Ruff Formatter

This commit fixes the style issues introduced in f48f26b according to the output
from Ruff Formatter.
