### What kind of change does this PR introduce?

* Removes `black` and `blackdoc` and the obsolete `isort` config
* Adds Python classifiers
* Adds @Zeitsperre to the maintainers list

### Does this PR introduce a breaking change?

Not really. Newer versions of `ruff` have rendered `black` and
`blackdoc` redundant. Code formatting differences are practically
philosophical between these libraries.

### Other information:

The autogenerated API documentation should not be saved in version
control (only generated when needed). This ensures that remains the
case.
