IGVF-2835 Display construct library set file sets (#837)

* Add file-set table to construct library set pages. Don’t allow sorting on the `summary` column, for consistency with other tables that also don’t allow sorting on their `summary` columns.
* Add `assay_titles` display to construct library set object page. Import `sortedSeparatedList()` from IGVF-2859-update-props.
* Remove import VSCode automatically inserted inappropriately.
