IGVF-2859 Update and add property displays to object pages (#836)

* Add new properties to matrix-file object page.
* Add properties to the tabular file page.
* Add new properties to tabular file object pages. Change `control_type` to `control_types` on file-set object pages.
* Add `targeted_genes` display to AnalysisSet object pages.
* Add `strand_specificity` and `primer_designs` displays to measurement-set object pages.
* Add `associated_phenotypes` to prediction-set object pages.
* Add “standardized document format” badge to relevant document pages. Change pages to use new `ring-` prefix instead of the `shadow-` prefix.
* Add annotated_from and time_post_library_delivery displays to InVitroSystem object pages.
* Add annotated_from and time_post_library_delivery to PrimaryCell object pages.
* Add `annotated_from` and `time_post_library_delivery` to Tissue object pages.
* Add `annotated_from` and `time_post_library_delivery` displays to WholeOrganismSample object pages.
* Move display of `time_post_library_delivery` from Biosample common displays to Sample common displays, as all sample-derived objects can display these.
* Update all PillBadge use to use the new `ring-` Tailwind CSS styles.
* Remove unused import.
* Try to get CircleCI to run Cypress tests, as CircleCI seems extremely hostile to Cypress.
* Put in a delay and reload for the home-page Cypress test because CircleCI seems to take for freaking ever to index.
