### What kind of change does this PR introduce?

* Corrects a few formatting errors due to `Click` options being selected
* Updates the `bump-version.yml` file to use the Ouranosinc Helper App
* Adds `types-click` for `mypy` and `Click` support. 

### Does this PR introduce a breaking change?

No.

### Other information:

`mypy` is currently enabled, but this might be a bit too restrictive.
The hook can be disabled by commenting out the `mirrors-mypy` block in
`.pre-commit-config.yaml`.

Some of these fixes should be backported to
https://github.com/Ouranosinc/cookiecutter-pypackage.
