[chores] More UI improvements for the unsubscribe page

Bug:
The unsubscribe.html template was overriding the menu-bar block to
hide the menu. But, the JS in openwisp-utils breaks if it fails
to find the element.

Fix:
Only show menu items to logged-in users.
