Support whole column/row references and #REF! in definedName (#91)

# Problem Description
xlnt was throwing "bad cell coordinates" exceptions when parsing Excel
files containing `definedName` entries with:
- Whole column references (e.g., `$A:$I`) 
- Excel error values (e.g., `#REF!`)

This prevented loading of valid Excel files that work fine in Excel/WPS
Office.

# Solution Overview
This PR adds comprehensive support for:

1. **Whole Column References**: `A:C`, `$A:$C` → internally converted to
`A1:C1048576`
2. **Whole Row References**: `1:5`, `$1:$5` → internally converted to
`A1:XFD5`
3. **Excel Error Value**: `#REF!` → skip those references
