fix: enhance withOperationContext to return callback results

- Fix withOperationContext to properly return callback function results
- Use nullish coalescing operator (??) to handle falsy return values correctly
- Add comprehensive tests for callback return values including falsy values
- Update mocks in tests to properly simulate the new behavior
- Improve test coverage for context management with callbacks
- Bump version to 1.2.3
