build: merge release-al2 to develop (#8521)

* chore: bump version to v6.212.0

* fix: status tracker header, footer and copy changes (#8519)

* add margin bottom on mobile/ipad view for status tracker page

* fix response text wrap

* update timestamp to standardize with admin page response dashboard

* resolve whitespace between banner and footer, and header in mobile/ipad view

* updated md layour so that text doesnt wrap

* removed comma from layout settings
