Improve kanban.js test coverage from 80% to 94%

- Add comprehensive tests for uncovered lines
- Test error handling scenarios for localStorage, SortableJS
- Test About card archive functionality and movement
- Test repository context retrieval with various fallbacks
- Test event handler logic for column collapse and issue modal
- Fix all failing tests with proper localStorage isolation
- Export additional functions for testing (addArchiveButtonToAboutCard, removeArchiveButtonFromAboutCard)

Test coverage improved:
- Line coverage: 80.33% → 93.93%
- Function coverage: 80% → 94.54%
- Statement coverage: 80.28% → 93.82%

All 84 tests now pass successfully.
