* Add conditional newline insertion after content in greger-parser--wrapped-tool-content

Only insert newline if content is not empty and doesn't already end with newline

* Use persistent /tmp/greger-grammar directory instead of temporary directories

Instead of cloning greger-grammar to a new temp directory every time,
clone it to /tmp/greger-grammar only if it doesn't already exist,
and pull updates every time for consistency.

* Update cleanup function to not delete persistent /tmp/greger-grammar directory

Since we're now using a persistent directory, we don't need to delete it
during cleanup, just reset the path variable.

* Fix greger-test-single-tool-execution by adding greger-mode to test buffer
