ci: configure GitHub Actions workflow with pnpm 10.12.4

- Add pnpm setup step using version 10.12.4 to match local environment
- Replace npm commands with pnpm equivalents
- Remove pnpm-lock.yaml from .gitignore
- Fix branch name from main to master
- Add --no-git-checks flag for pnpm publish

This commit finalizes CI/CD setup for npm package publication.
