refactor: reorganize components into slot-specific directories

- Move comment-related components to @comments directory
- Move reactions component to @content directory
- Move clipping-sidebar to @sidebar directory
- Add layout.tsx files for each slot for better organization
- Update import paths in affected components
- Remove redundant comment-container.tsx
