IGVF-2049 Error messages for file-graph loops (#830)

* Display error messages for loops and cycles in the graph data.
* Add code to extract object IDs from d3-dag error messages.
* Add Jest tests for file graph Typescript modules.
* Update Jest test for file graph types.ts file.
* Move types.test.ts to the __tests__ directory. Add full statement coverage to lib.ts and types.ts.
* Use a more efficient way to detect duplicates in the array of objects from d3-dag error messages. Use a Unicode character for the ellipsis for the “Loading…” message.
