fix(project): update dependencies and target framework

Remove outdated package references and update versions for
FileCurator and SerialBox. Also, set the target framework to net8.0.

- Remove `FileCurator` and `SerialBox` references from `ExampleApp.csproj`
- Update `TargetFramework` to `net8.0` in `ExampleApp.csproj`
- Upgrade `FileCurator` from `5.0.7` to `5.0.8` in `TaskMaster.csproj`
- Upgrade `SerialBox` from `5.0.4` to `5.0.6` in `TaskMaster.csproj`
