## Description

### Added

- A flag "-ifnewer" to the retrieval command.

### Changed

- This flag will _"The ifnewer option replaces an existing file with the latest backup version only if the backup version is newer than the existing file."_ More on this here: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/spectrum-protect/8.1.11?topic=reference-ifnewer
