feat: introduce CellFrom/ToString (#95)

The preexisting `IndexFromString` and `IndexToString` utils aren't
strongly typed with `Cell`s which requires casting between `uint64` <>
`Cell` to use them.

Introduce `CellFromString` and `CellToString` functions for a quality
of life improvement.
