chore: Bump version to 1.0.1 and update changelog (#63)

- Fix issue with `securial new APP_NAME` failing for incorrect
`admin_role` type.
- Refactor helper modules for improved readability and maintainability.
- Update development libraries for security enhancements (rubocop,
rspec-rails).
- Refactor CLI structure by consolidating command handling into a single
class.
- Remove deprecated CLI helper methods and integrate functionality
directly into the CLI class.
- Update admin role type from String to Symbol in configuration.
- Enhance configuration validation to ensure proper types and required
fields.
- Update tests to reflect changes in CLI structure and configuration.
