UI improvement
- Add a little 'plus' button at the bottom right, to add a totp code
- Remove unused images
- A new flow, only locking vault-related features when the user refresh the page. The user can unlock vault by re-entering their passphrase. This avoid to logout completely the user.
- Add a specific API endpoint to only retrieve the derived key salt
- The SignUp endpoint now specify if an email verification is required
