Combined `TileType` into `GameObjectType` to reduce the friction between the `GameEngine` and the `generation` module.

Introduced various other improvements such as:
 - Moving header logic to source files.
 - Overriding Chipmunk2D macros to use C++ types.
 - Improving various areas of the codebase to use a more uniform style.
