Edge cases & Clean up

1. Fixed cleaning bug where only the head was being cleaned and none of the other nodes.
2. Removed dead code.
3. Added complete close method.
4. Made sure to noly clean an object if CAS works.
5. Improved validation.
6. Removed bad naming
