IGVF-2831 Report cells render based on data, not schema types (#824)

* Convert cell renderers to Typescript.
* Rewrites the cell rendering to use the object data itself to determine how to render cells within the report table. The weakness is that rendering functions either have to be SortTable display functions or their own functions. I need to fix that next.
* Reorganize cell renderers into those that get called directly from SortableTable and ones called from the generic cell renderer. Bring back cell-renderers Typescript conversion. Convert generate-columns to Typescript.
* Make a custom cell renderer for the HumanDonors `related_donors` property.
* Get Jest tests to pass, though without full coverage.
* Get full Jest coverage.
* Comment clean-up. Remove stray console.log.
* Fixed an issue with nested keys that Copilot found.
