[fix] Fixed email batching when interval exceeds 5 minutes

The default timeout for `cache.set()` is 5 minutes when no
timeout is explicitly provided. If the setting
`OPENWISP_NOTIFICATIONS_EMAIL_BATCH_INTERVAL` is greater
than 5 minutes, the cache key would expire before the celery
task could execute, resulting in no batched email being sent.

This fix ensures that the cache key doesn't expire.
