lua: don't check meta type in xlog reader

There's absolutely no point in that because the meta type doesn't affect
the xlog format anyhow. This useless check complicates addition of new
xlog meta types because we have to add each new meta type to the xlog
reader Lua module so let's remove it.

NO_DOC=doesn't affect users
NO_CHANGELOG=NO_DOC
