refactor(typed_data): convert TypedMessage to class and move padding logic

- Replace freezed TypedMessage with regular class implementation
- Move Uint8List padding logic from extension to standalone function
- Update tests and dependent code to use new padding function
- Clean up generated files and remove unused extension
