Print backtrace on Terminate

If enabled, use eu-addr2line or addr2line to print a stack trace on
crash, for easier debugging of long-running job crashes.

This builds FORM with -g -fno-omit-frame-pointer, which leads to a
performance penalty of about 1%.

For this reason, the feature is disabled by default.
