Switch to Prometheus landing page.
Switch to standard Prometheus landing page.
Replace custom versioning with `prometheus/common/version` package.
Add `authlog_exporter_build_info` metric from `prometheus/client_golang/prometheus/collectors/version`.
Add --web.telemetry-path for path under which to expose metrics. Instead of --web.endpoint option.
