Create separate folder for dspace metadata (#175)

Why these changes are being introduced:
* These changes enable easier filtering methods that prevent
the generated DSpace metadata JSON files from being included as
bitstreams in the deposit.

How this addresses that need:
* S3Client.put_file indicates when a 'folder' is created
and sets 'file_content' default to zero-byte object.
* Workflow.submit_items creates 'dspace_metadata/' subfolder
inside batch folder
* Instantiate 'exclude_prefixes' attribute as part of Workflow init
* Update dependencies to address linting error

Side effects of this change:
* DSpace metadata JSON files will now be written to a subfolder dspace_metadata/ within the batch folder on S3.
