Update newly added signature tests

Drop module `pulp_smash.tests.rpm.api_v2.test_repo_signature`. This
module has tests for Pulp issue 1991. [1] However, the tests fail, and
the actual implementation of that feature in Pulp is different from
what's listed in that issue. This module will require a rewrite from
scratch, and in the interest of getting the other new test module
(`test_packages_signature`) in place, this one can be dropped and added
later.

Heavily update `pulp_smash.tests.rpm.api_v2.test_packages_signature`.
(This module targets Pulp issue 1156. [2]) In addition to significant
structural changes:

* Add a new test method `UploadPackageTestCase.test_unsigned_drpm`,
  which targets Pulp issue 1806. [3]
* Pulp exposes a new attribute named `signing_key`, not `signature`.
  Reference this new attribute accordingly.
