Merge pull request #118 from SPF-OST/116-annoyance-scatter-plot-does-not-pass-on-kwargs

- separate scatter plot and scalar_compare_plot
- provide kwargs to scalar_compare_plot
- put legend of scalar_compare_plot in the main axis, if only one of the groupby options is used.
- do not open new Fig when given one.
- close plots after each processing or comparison step
- Simplify the usage of twin axes
- Ignore path saved in pickle file, if the User provides a different path.
- update docs with new functionality
