Introduced a `BaseView` to allow the `HadesWindow` to generically `setup()` all views. Further refactors could reduce the duplication between all views, but this is more complicated to implement.

Moved the start menu to an MVC design, allowing it to work seamlessly with `HadesWindow.setup()`.
